The fresh Island air and sun can really make me hungry... 

I wanted a nice jerk , so we went to my favorite place on the north coast called Scotchies... 

So chicken and pork is slowly smoked and grilled and the secret is the sea grape tree , the wood can burn for days...

Ahhhh Life is Good....

In the islands i like to wake up very early.. Its peace and quiet...just me ,the birds and the sea waves on our private beach and time just stops!

Its amazing..I unplugged from the internet for days , which that was wonderful.I used my MPB only to upload videos and photos.I took so many pictures...
