Leather trends – hot fashion trends in fall 2010

Leather trends – hot fashion trends in fall 2010

via Fashion Tips
One of the hottest trends of Fall 2010 is wearing leather. Leather pants in particular have become a must-have. If until now were associated with “bad girl” image, or created an exclusive rock look, now the leather pants, wore in the appropriate shades, create a sensual sexy image. Leather jacket, even if it was trendy in past seasons and trends, designers have now raised the clothes made from this material to a new level.
Collections for fall / winter already presented in the most important fashion festivals brought on the catwalk all sorts of outfits made of leather: pants, shorts, skirts, corsets and even jackets or capes. Furthermore, Hermes has dared and included in his collection the aviator theme including some leather jumpsuits.
Other designers have dared more. Yves Saint Laurent for instance, showed on the catwalk pieces of leather lingerie, corsets and deux-pieces.

How to mix and match?

Nothing completes better leather pants, than a white shirt. Avoid tops with printed leopard and pink ones. In this case simplicity is the key.

Leather pants are a must have, but they cannot be worn by any woman, because:

  • They are quite expensive, there are very difficult to maintain, most women buy latex pants instead of real leather ones
  • Because they are so tights, you can get dressed quite difficult, requiring some time
  • Leather pants fit skinny women because they have the “gift” to highlight any figure flaw
  • Because they are so tight, they favor the emergence of fungal infections and other infections of this kind.
  • Leather clothing accessories: massive silver jewelry or steel, and shoes with heels, necessarily very high heels.
  • The woman who wears leather clothes is by definition a extravagant woman, sexy, confident in her strengths. So, the accessories that complete her outfit should be equally appropriate and eye catching

MIAMI GREEK FESTIVAL 2010

Amazing time with amazing friends....OPA!!!

Hooked on Tomatoes!

I am so hooked on tomatoes, I would eat them everyday. I prefer them raw, usually i buy the ones on the vine...I use them  In my omelet for breakfast , in my shopska salad for lunch..and sometimes in the evenings as an appetizer with feta cheese stuffed inside the tomatoes. ( remember i am a sheep feta cheese freak) So to tell you a quick story ....Ones i got bit by a red ants. They bite really bad, that little suckers...so  i cut a tomato and i wrapped it around the bite and Ta-Da....no infection.I usually get infected since i am allergic to red ants. So Tomatoes are the nature wonders..Eat them and be healthy!

Lets see what are the facts About tomatoes:
Tomatoes are one of the most tasty and nutritious fruits available for our everyday diets. Extensive research around the world has shown the benefits of eating tomato based foods on a regular basis. Tomatoes are a major and one of the only dietary sources of the anti-oxidant lycopene, an agent that amongst other things has been found to reduce the risk of a number of cancers. This includes (but is not limited to) prostate, lung, stomach, pancreatic, cervical, colorectal, oral and esophageal forms of this disease. Research has also shown that tomatoes may help in reducing circulatory problems of the heart, brain and elsewhere. This research has shown that tomatoes help to prevent blood clots from forming in the bloodstream – similar to the activity of aspirin.
Tomatoes are an excellent source of, vitamin A, vitamin C, beta-carotene, potassium, folic acid and other B vitamins, iron and fiber. Interestingly enough, the lycopene in cooked and processed tomatoes is more readily available and absorbed by our bodies than in raw tomatoes.
The benefits of eating tomatoes can be seen by looking at what is found in a single serving of tomatoes (148g) contains:

Happiness...

“We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.”
